Leading the Way in Certifications

In the vanguard of advanced buildings in terms of environmental sustainability, aligning with CO2 emissions targets set by the Paris Agreement to curb global warming by 2050, the building features state-of-the-art heating and cooling systems, 90 photovoltaic panels, and geothermal systems.

Deerns Solutions

Site constraints imposed by the context were especially demanding. In addition to the project’s complexity, Deerns offered sustainability consulting to meet the demands of the extensive list of certifications, from LEED Platinum, to WELL Silver, WiredScore and BREEAM Very Good. Deerns managed the preliminary, definitive and executive project, providing plant engineering assistance to works management, along with acoustic consultancy and LEED and BREEAM certification management.
