After lying dormant since 2005, the structure is presently undergoing renovation by the Doliam holding company, which encompasses a range of high-tech firms. The transformed MedTech Industrial Campus will host significant medical and biomedical technology ventures, complemented by a variety of uses as a versatile multifunctional complex.

Deerns Solutions

Deerns is playing a pivotal role in the Saint-Pierre-des-Corps renovation project. The historic Le Magasin Général complex is currently being converted into a 27,400m² space devoted to MedTech innovation. The revamped space will encompass a brasserie, an auditorium, hotel accommodation, communal areas and outdoor spaces. The project is being rolled out in two phases: first, client design review for labs and clean rooms at ISO 5 to 9 standard; second, ongoing support and fiscal management during construction.
