A Masterpiece, for Tomorrow
The Emylon business school occupies a former factory site with two industrial warehouses. As part of a neighbourhood regeneration project near the Zac des Girondins, the project’s centerpiece is a spacious, covered internal boulevard. Connecting Avenue Jean Jaurès Square to the east to Allée Fontenay Square to the west, the route passes beneath a north-south road en route to Cœur Battant, a space serving all four complex modules, where an open-air amphitheatre is located. Harmoniously blending historic charm and contemporary elements, the project is paving the way for a brighter future. Designed by PCA-STREAM, the project comprises four interconnected blocks.
Deerns Solutions
As Smart Building project manager, Deerns was instrumental in developing this environmentally conscious flagship project in Lyon. A 1,000m² photovoltaic park is mounted on the green roof. The project promotes ecological excellence and boasts certifications such as HQE® Sustainable Building Excellent, BREEAM Very Good, and OZMOZ.
