Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. We cannot check whether a visitor is above the age of 16, however. Inspect, amend or delete data
You have the right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data. Data portability means that you can submit a request to us to send a computer file containing the personal data we have on you to you or another organisation you specify.
You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to dpo@deerns.com.
To be certain that it is in fact you that has submitted the request to inspect data, we ask that you send a copy of your identification along with the request. In this copy, please block out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and national insurance number. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks. This is purely for verification purposes. After verification, the documents are destroyed immediately.
