Urban Center Revitalisation
Renovation and enhancement of the urban centre is a natural progression for these neighbourhoods. Covering a vast area, this project is one of the most significant institutional undertakings in the city of Milan.
Deerns Solutions
Deerns has worked on the Varesine and Isola projects, providing an overall site energy strategy, building MEP design, acoustic solutions, vertical transportation, and sustainability consultancy (LEED consultancy and LEED energy modelling). For the Garibaldi Repubblica project, Deerns led a temporary business association with GAE Engineering focused on health & safety activities throughout construction, following an innovative “participative health & safety” approach.
