An amalgamation of various triangular shapes, the skyscraper is set in a sprawling 1.3ha park, with a tree-lined walkway reminiscent of New York’s High Line. A façade crafted from 14km of sunshading actively aids the building’s thermal regulation and reduces reliance on air conditioning. This innovative approach ensures the comfort of all 5,800 occupants, achieving an impressive 48% reduction in energy consumption compared to regulatory requirements.
