An Urban Oasis In The Heart Of Redevelopment

Conceived as an ecosystem open to the city in Clichy Batignolles, a neighbourhood in the midst of wide-ranging redevelopment, the building teems with life around the clock. People engage in a wide variety of activities, from work to lodging, dining, and cultural pursuits. Hallmark features are an adaptable interior and a 1,200m² rooftop urban garden. Produce from this garden is sold at a grocery store located at the building’s base. Additionally, hops trained up the façade mitigate heat on the south-facing side in summer and are used to make zero-kilometre-impact beer. The project incorporates the principles of circular economy, urban agriculture, and high-intensity, mixed-use space, offering adaptable spaces for work, leisure, dining and culture.
