By linking BIM to various software for calculations we achieve cost-effective and high quality design. An excellent cost-benefit ratio is also the result of our risk-driven approach whereby we match  the detail of design to the level risk.  

Detailed designs are reserved for components with higher risks and less detailed designs for lower risk components.
