Approach/Steps
During the design phase, we work closely with the Architects and the Project Team to review the architectural concept and support in developing the façade systems. As facade consultant we consider various aspects of design and construction as well as projects targets and budget set by the Client.

Façade Sub-Contractor’s tender evaluation, review of the construction drawings and reports from the appointed Façade Sub-Contractor, attendance to on-site and off-site (laboratory) tests, fabrication and site Installation supervision.
