Combining form with function is at the heart of successful façade design.
Façades are not just about the aesthetic skin of a building. As they become increasingly complex, they also influence structural integrity, energy performance and safety.
A key part of our team of expert real estate engineers, our façade specialists help balance architectural ambition with technical installations to deliver efficient and cost-effective results that live up to the visuals.
You’re invited: ZAK World of Façades
We’ll be at ZAK World of Façades looking into the latest technical solutions and sustainable innovations and discussing the challenges around façade construction.
Façade consultant Marc de Winter and Sector Director Real Estate, Rouven Nieuwenburg will be speaking at the event. Together they will share insights from our latest projects and explore the impact the early involvement of façade specialists can have in ensuring a vision is brought to life in a practical, efficient and creative way.
