Reimagining the urban world

We are harnessing technological developments to deliver sustainable, future-proof buildings that support wellbeing, and create communities where people and businesses can thrive.

We are harnessing technological developments to deliver sustainable, future-proof buildings that support wellbeing, and create communities where people and businesses can thrive.

Our international team will be attending MIPIM 2026 in Cannes from 9th to 13th March. They will be available to share their experience from across the Real Estate sector, learn about the latest developments and explore new opportunities.

Setting standards in Real Estate from research campuses to sport and cultural attractions

We’re making an impact on top-level sporting facilities such as stadiums, Olympic venues and major sports campus redevelopment not to mention the Olympic Village for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. And in the cultural and leisure sector, we have helped deliver innovation in museums and for high-end hotels and hospitality facilities.

The Deerns team is also part of some of the most exciting projects that are changing skylines and setting new benchmarks in urban development. From campus developments for universities and research facilities to city centre and urban landmarks, our user-led approach and multidisciplinary teams allow us to understand challenges and design flexible solutions that meet current needs and accommodate future growth.

A holistic and smart approach to building design and material selection

Delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations when it comes to sustainability is a principle that we are proud of. We have embraced innovation in smart building design and integration to help us deliver this. This ensures we can deliver future-ready buildings and facilities that are equipped for the rapidly evolving technological landscape, changing user demands, and increasingly stringent environmental regulations.

We are at the forefront of innovative material usage, from smart, integrated office buildings to housing projects that leave a minimal carbon footprint. New technologies and frameworks such as the Whole-Life-Carbon approach and computational parametric design modelling and simulation provide interesting and actionable new insights into the built environment, helping our projects to set benchmarks across the industry.

Together with our clients and partners, we are reimagining an urban landscape that is ready for the challenges ahead.
