HIGH TECH: Here we ensure that complex technical installations come together seamlessly in advanced production facilities: Ton Blommers | Project Director.
Everything comes together for a stable production process
In the high-tech industry, even the smallest deviation in temperature, humidity or vibrations can disrupt the production process. ‘That is why our projects are not just about the mechanical and electrical installations – all aspects of installation technology play a role and are carefully coordinated.’
Operational issues are also regularly addressed. ‘Our clients want to be able to scale up quickly while maintaining a stable, reliable infrastructure. This means that we must operate flexibly within complex processes. My role is to find the right balance in this and to include my team and the client .’
An integrated approach
Designing production facilities goes beyond technical solutions since insurance conditions, fire safety requirements and business continuity are as important.
" End customers are placing increasingly higher demands on facility systems in the electronics industry. That is why an integrated approach to the design process is very important to ensure that the final production facility meets all the customer's requirements
Here’s where we we are forward thinking
The result? Production areas that are ready for tomorrow ‘s technology demands. ’We work for international companies that are at the forefront of innovation worldwide. When our solutions contribute to their success, I know we are really making an impact.’
