On an average day, Valentijn spends a lot of time in data rooms, reviewing existing documentation such as construction documents, fire safety reports and energy certificates. ‘I’m always trying to spot the incongruencies in the data and reports’ says Valentijn. “We also do site visits of existing buildings to help identify potential risks.”
