13 June 2022 - Remco Heuver and Valentijn van Wanrooij joined Deerns on 1 June. They are starting up the new Transactional Services team within the Special Building Consultancy Unit. They will work closely with Leandra Rodenhuis, Unit Director Special Building Consultancy within the Real Estate Division.
“We are very pleased with the arrival of Remco and Valentijn which enables us to broaden our service package for our existing and new customers,” says Frank Houben, Division Director Real Estate. “Both have a wealth of knowledge and experience within the real estate world globally. From the institutional investors and financiers as well as from the advisory side, they have advised for many years on large international real estate transactions.”
Valentijn van Wanrooij’s expertise lies in the areas of property management, corporate real estate management (CREM), technical real estate management and asset management. In addition, he is also specialized in electrical and mechanical installations and the operation of ATES systems. He applies this knowledge of disciplines and specializations in international real estate transactions and supervision of new construction, renovation and transformation of real estate on behalf of international (institutional) investors and financers.
He says “I look forward to combining my knowledge and experience with that of my colleagues in Deerns as we grow the real estate transaction services together for our clients.”
Remco Heuver started his career in the real estate and construction sector within a global developer with a focus on mixed use projects. Over the years, Remco has specialized in being an all-round professional with knowledge in all stages of the asset lifecycle, mainly in the private sector for investors, landlords, banks and developers.
