Engineering design skills need to be complemented by creative thinking and communication skills. Each year colleagues from eight countries participate in the Deerns Concept Studio to do just that.
The concept studio is held in 6 workshops where you get to know colleagues from around the world. Each workshop has a different theme for sharpening your soft skills. These range from strategic skills such as personal leadership and consultative interviewing through to tactical skills such as design thinking, creative problem solving as well as pragmatic ones such as info sketching and presentation techniques
