Systems engineering demonstrates that a project stays on track to meet these goals, starting from the initial planning stages throughout the design and implementation process.
We ensure that the project requirements are met by creating a verification and validation plan at the beginning of the project. This plan outlines which requirement will be verified and when. It also indicates the methods, and how and when the overall set of requirements will be validated. We use specialized IT tools such as Relatics or BriefBuilder for clients in the public and private sectors. We apply this process during both the design and execution phases. During the execution phase, our role shifts from verification to commissioning the contractor’s work. We retain the same principle throughout: ensuring that the requirements are met, the goals are achieved, and the vision is realized.
