Our experienced and knowledgeable project execution managers ensure quality and assist in resolving unexpected issues. These managers act in accordance with the contract with due consideration to ongoing construction process. They manage the impact of Change Control Requests (CCR) and provide guidance on how to handle them. Deerns offers this service as a service which is separate from the design.
