What we do
At Deerns we deliver projects where the user experience is the key factor, often involving complex technology in a complex setting. Effective project management is crucial for success. We use the PRINCE approach (Projects IN Controlled Environments) as the basis for our management process. Many of our project managers
are PRINCE trained and certified. On larger projects the PRINCE project management approach ensures changes are properly documented, risks are identified quickly, and phases are completed more clearly. We thereby manage projects effectively and ensure a smooth process for all project stakeholders. PRINCE enables us to deliver value to all throughout the project lifecycle.
