• Preparation of a validation master plan (VMP)
• Independent and objective installation and operation qualification studies during construction or after renovation
• Corresponding management, operation and maintenance

This set of validation documents is indispensable for an owner and/or user in order to be able to legally prove that all systems are running and operating as required. This means that a validated installation has undergone all the required qualification studies, that all requisite measuring, testing and analysis techniques have been applied, and that the installation is running under proper managerial, operation, and maintenance procedures.

A proper qualification procedure during design and construction keeps the building and appropiate systems in line with the original users’ and legal requirements, and can adapt the on-going building process to the latest point of view with regard to users’ and legal requirements. By means of the qualification process any adjustments to the building process are made visible at an early stage, thus saving investment costs and project time.
