Facade maintenance systems are increasingly being used in new buildings as well as existing ones, this in part due to the "Façade Maintenance Document". Given the relatively high investment costs for good gable maintenance systems a sound study into the type and number of installations is necessary. Besides our knowledge about standard installations we have the flexibility and experience needed for consultancy on special installations, for instance the roof car system on the Nissan-building and the bridge installation under the Haagse Poort in The Hague.Furthermore, Deerns Consulting Engineers is the consultant for Amsterdam Airport Schiphol on all installations to be adjusted or replaced for both terminal buildings as well as the buildings on Landside.
