Deerns can help you control the risks of Legionella infection. Deerns
first of all carries out a limited risk analysis to establish the
possibility of breathing in infected aerosols per (sub) system. If
necessary Deerns subsequently maps the risk points by means of an
extensive inspection of the water pipes or cooling water system. The
system and risks are described in conformity with government
stipulations in a Legionella control plan. We discuss necessary system
adaptations with the client and include them in the control plan. We
describe procedures that enforce long-term control of Legionella risks
in the logbook or maintenance plan.
